SHP Housing Support Specialist

Southwestern Community Services, Inc. is seeking an organized, compassionate human services professional to join our Housing Stabilization team in Sullivan County, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, hourly position located on our Claremont Campus.

The Housing Support Specialist will provide housing services and appropriate supportive housing for SHP participants, and will develop programs and resources, and formulate case plans that promote moving participants towards self-sufficiency. Additionally, the Housing Support Specialist will ensure the safety of all residents by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing the rules and regulations of tenant living, and will coordinate the maintenance of buildings and grounds.

This position requires strong written and oral communication skills, a familiarity with area resources, and a knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.  Case Management experience preferred. This position may have a flexible schedule and remote work options when necessary.

Starting pay: from $16.00 hourly.
