Maintenance Technician

Who We're Looking For...

Southwestern Community Services is seeking a self-motivated building Maintenance Technician.  Applicant should have basic building operations and light maintenance experience. Plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience helpful. This is a full-time, hourly, benefitted position located in our Keene office and reports to the Facilities & Maintenance Director.

This position requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.  The position requires good communication skills as well as the ability to work with senior, disabled and/or handicapped individuals.  The ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
