Southwestern Community Services, Inc. (SCS) is a Community Action Agency that has served both Cheshire & Sullivan Counties in New Hampshire for over 50 years. SCS is seeking an independent & focused Housing Stabilization Services’ Program Director to oversee our Housing Stabilization Services department in both Cheshire and Sullivan Counties.  This includes the oversight of shelter facilities, supportive housing facilities, assistance programs, contracts, budgets, and compliance.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position, located in the Keene office, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The position may include some travel as well as non-traditional hours, as needed. Salary range is $55,000 – $60,000, depending on experience.

This position requires experience with budget and grant management, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others, communicate professionally, and work independently.  The ability to manage multiple projects while building and maintaining professional relationships with community partners are also key to the success of the position.
