Southwestern Community Services is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented person to join their Property Management Team.  This is a full-time, exempt, professional position located in the Keene office that reports to the Director of Property Management. Starting salary is $50,000-$55,000 per year.

This position requires confidentiality/impartiality, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate professionally with tenants, housing partners, staff and the ability to work independently.  This position requires driving to properties throughout Cheshire and Sullivan Counties.

Over a 14-month period, the Program Manager will receive structured mentorship and increasing responsibility in preparation for the potential advancement into the Director of Property Management role, contingent on performance, organizational needs and funding.
