Energy Services Assistant Director

Who We're Looking For...

Southwestern Community Services is seeking a positive and detail-oriented Assistant Director with 5+ years in management, preferably in human services.  This is a full-time, salaried, professional position, located in the Keene office, and reports to the Energy Services Program Director.

This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with others, to communicate with a high degree of professionalism, learn the in’s and out’s of the Energy Services Programs and help with the overall management of staff and ensure the that both program and agency policies are being properly implemented.
