Southwestern Community Services, Inc. is seeking a person with a positive attitude and the ability to be flexible to join our New Hope New Horizons Program team. This is a full-time, hourly position, located in the Keene office with travel in Cheshire County and the Monadnock Region. This position requires the ability to assist consumers in the development of, and participation in, meaningful community activities, both vocational and recreational. Providing assistance with activities of daily living, personal care and the use of adaptive equipment is an essential function of the position. Respecting confidentiality and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both consumers and staff is necessary. A clean criminal background check and good driving record are required.
