Housing Stabilization Coordinator:

Southwestern Community Services, Inc. is seeking an organized, compassionate human services professional to join our Housing Stabilization Team in Sullivan County, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, hourly position located in our Claremont office.

The Housing Stabilization Coordinator will assist Medicaid recipients to secure stable housing and/or maintain stable housing with an understanding that safe, affordable housing is a primary social determinant of health.

This position requires written communication skills, knowledge of basic computer programs (including Microsoft Excel), and excellent organizational skills.

Maintenance Administrative Assistant:

Southwestern Community Services is seeking a highly organized, hard-working, self-motivated individual to fill the Administrative Assistant role in SCS’ busy Property Maintenance Department. This is a full-time, fully benefitted position that reports to SCS’ Maintenance Director.

This position requires attention to detail with complete impartiality and confidentiality, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to communicate with a broad variety of SCS’ residents and staff while working in a team-oriented atmosphere. A working knowledge and ability to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Knowledge of basic building systems and functions is preferred.

Ashuelot Teacher Assistant:

An Associate Degree is ECE is required. This position is full time, and follows the Head Start school year calendar. Part-Time Teachers’ Assistant:

Southwestern Community Services Head Start is seeking qualified candidates to immediately fill the part-time Teachers’ Assistant position.

-Teacher’ Assistant to work in both Swanzey and Ashuelot, two to three days in each center
-Teachers’ Assistant Keene

New Hope New Horizons Community & Employment Specialist:

Southwestern Community Services, Inc. is seeking a person with a positive attitude and the ability to be flexible to join our New Hope New Horizons Program team. This is a full-time, hourly position, located in the Keene office with travel in Cheshire County and the Monadnock Region.
