WIC Nutritionist:

Southwestern Community Services WIC Program is seeking a nutritionist to join our team. This is a part-time, temporary, hourly position, based in Keene, with travel to sites in Cheshire and Sullivan Counties.

The nutritionist administers nutrition services. This includes responsibility for certification of participants, as well as development and coordination of nutrition education activities.

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or a related field. Our program is participant-centered and requires attention to detail, confidentiality, the ability to clearly convey messages and ideas. The ability to work independently, yet still work as a team member is essential. Experience in community nutrition or other health services involving women, infants, and children is preferred.

Public Transportation Drivers:

Southwestern Community Services Transportation is seeking energetic, customer-oriented, and skilled drivers for public transportation driver positions in Sullivan County. This positon is a safety-sensitive position, requiring the safe operation of a public transportation vehicle, passenger assistance, and compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and local regulations, including U.S. DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations. This is a part time hourly position.

Qualified candidates must have a safe driving record. A valid CDL with passenger endorsement is a plus. Position requires transportation of ambulatory and non-ambulatory passengers throughout the communities of Charlestown, Claremont, and Newport. Successful candidates will display excellent communication and customer service skills.
