SSVF Coordinator:

Southwestern Community Services Housing Stabilization Program is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and detail oriented Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Coordinator. This is a full time, hourly position based in Keene yet serving the western side of NH.

This position requires a college degree in human service or equivalent in education and experience; computer skills; ability to solve problems; ability to deal calmly in crisis situations; knowledge of community resources; ability to be flexible; attention to detail and confidentiality/impartiality; ability to multi-task; ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written; excellent paperwork and documentation skills and a valid NH driver’s license and vehicle with insurance.

Intake Technician:

Southwestern Community Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join the Energy Services Department. This is a full-time position located in the Keene area.

This position will be responsible for taking applications for Fuel and Electric Assistance, as well as additional tasks assigned. The ability to work positively as a member of a three-person team is an absolute necessity. Other requirements include attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a general sense of compassion for households in need of assistance and support.
